The procedure is quite simple:

1. Step: Get to know each other / hearing test / consultation

Sign up for a free hearing test including an initial consultation. On this day, we will examine your hearing and discuss everything you would like to know.If you are highly motivated to test hearing aids right away, you can possibly take a few suitable ones with you (provided we have them on stock) or I can order them for you for the second appointment.

2. Step: Adjustment / Testing

You take the hearing aids with you and test them for at least one week. After that, we make the first fine adjustments if necessary and you take this improved version back with you and continue testing.

3. Step: Further testing / Finalisation / Invoicing

As soon as you are satisfied with the result and do not require any further fine-tuning, we conclude the process, i.e. we order the definitive hearing aids for you in the desired colour for the final delivery date with invoicing.

Please note: You always have the opportunity to test hearing aids for 4 weeks free of charge and without obligation (except the Fonex 3-2-1 offer which is limited to a maximum of 2 weeks).
